“Where did you get that sponge?”

The sponge everyone who visits wants to take home.

It hangs on your faucet and drips dry into the sink — so it never sits on the counter wet and smelly. Two sides, three cute fruits, no puddle.

Filmed in a real kitchen

The sponge your guests try to take home.

It hangs on the faucet, it looks like a piece of fruit, and it’s the first thing people notice at your sink.

The old sponge

The sponge you hide before anyone comes over.

You finish the dishes, wipe the counter, and there it is: the sponge, sitting in a little puddle on the edge of the sink. By the next morning it smells sour. So it gets tucked behind the tap every time someone visits.

  • Sits in a puddle between washes
  • Leaves the counter wet
  • Smells within days

How it works

Wash. Hang. Done.

Every Frubby has a little slot at the bottom. That slot is why it never sits wet.

1Washing a bowl while the guava sponge hangs on the faucet

Wash like normal

A little dish soap makes a rich lather. Soft side for plates, scrub side for pans.

2Sliding the apple sponge onto a kitchen faucet

Slide it onto the faucet

The slot at the bottom slips over the neck of your faucet. No hooks, no suction cups, no holder.

3The guava sponge hanging on the faucet

Let it drip dry

Water runs straight into the sink instead of across your counter, so it dries instead of going sour.

Every Frubby pack has 6 sponges: 2 apples, 2 guavas and 2 lemons

Finally, a sponge you don’t hide.

Every pack has two of each.

Apple fruit sponge

Apple

The dependable one. Always on the tap, always ready.

Guava fruit sponge

Guava

The one your guests will ask about.

Lemon fruit sponge

Lemon

A little sunshine by the sink.

Bonus

And it’s made from plants.

A nice extra: the fruit side isn’t plastic foam like most kitchen sponges.

Plant-based fruit sideThe colorful side is cellulose — plant fiber from wood pulp, not plastic foam.
CompostableWhen it’s worn out, snip it up and add it to your compost.
No foam crumbsThe fruit side wears down into plant fiber, not tiny plastic bits.
Questions

Good questions.

Will it fit my faucet?

The slot slides over the neck of most standard kitchen faucets — the round spout or gooseneck part. If yours is unusually thick or square, Frubby still works as a normal sponge on a hook or the edge of the sink.

Does hanging it really help?

Sponges start to smell when they stay wet. Hanging Frubby over the sink lets the water drain away and air reach both sides, so it dries between washes instead of sitting in a puddle. Rinse it and squeeze it out after each wash.

What’s in a pack?

6 sponges: 2 apples, 2 guavas and 2 lemons, each about 9 × 8.6 cm (3.5 × 3.4 in). Take 12 or 18 sponges and you pay less per sponge.

Is it safe on non-stick pans?

Yes. The soft side is for plates, glasses and delicate dishes, and the honeycomb side scrubs pots and non-stick pans without scratching them.

How often should I swap to a fresh one?

Like any kitchen sponge, every few weeks. With a pack in the drawer there is always a fresh fruit waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–12 business days, with a tracking link by email.

What if I don’t love it?

Then you get your money back. Every order comes with The 30-Day Fresh Sink Promise: email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund your order in full. Nothing to send back — keep the sponges.

What is it made of?

The colorful fruit side is cellulose — natural plant fiber from wood pulp. The white side is a honeycomb scrub layer for pots and pans.

Is it compostable?

The cellulose fruit side is plant fiber: when your Frubby is worn out, snip it into small pieces and add it to your home compost.
